Agencies make pitches. Today, it’s your turn. Convince us why we should hire you

The future Account Supervisor for Coalesce will have a minimum of 10 years of marketing/advertising/PR agency experience. The rest is up to you, but here are a few hints about what we’re looking for…

You should:

  • Have proof that you’re good (that might mean that you give back to the community, but it should also mean that you can show quantifiable results during your career)
  • Appreciate clients (that means more than a cookie delivery – it means knowing what it takes to build a meaningful and productive relationship)
  • Be business-savvy (that means a lot of things, including being good with numbers)
  • Exude creativity (that means coming up with cool and unique ideas)
  • Encourage collaboration (that doesn’t mean handing your to-do list to other people)
  • Not be a scaredy cat (that means being comfortable challenging the status quo and also responding positively to being challenged)
  • Confidently lead people and projects (that means knowing when to ask for permission, and more importantly, when not to)
  • Have a sense of humor (that means being able to laugh at yourself)
